Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We are committed to processing orders within 5 business days (excluding Public Holidays). Currently we are packing and shipping out orders within 1-2 business days depending on the time the order is placed. Our parcels are shipped through Australia Post and tracking numbers are provided for via email for all orders.
There are currently two shipping options available at checkout:
Standard Shipping - 2 to 8 business days* - $10.00
Express Shipping - 1 to 3 business days* - $15.00
Orders over $150 are eligible for complimentary standard shipping. Use code FREESHIP150 to receive.
*Whilst it isn’t common, please be aware that occasionally delays may occur due to external factors outside of our control. If you are concerned about receiving your order in a specific timeframe, the ‘Express Shipping’ option may be more appropriate for your needs.
* All orders under $100 in value are covered by Australia Post’s insurance and are eligible to receive compensation for any lost or damaged items. Any orders over $100 will receive free Extra Cover coverage for peace of mind.
RETURNS
All items are quality checked and packaged with care before being sent off to you. In the rare instance that you receive a broken/faulty product, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your items so we can provide you with a replacement or full refund of the value of the product.
Due to hygiene purposes, we sadly cannot accept returns or exchange requests for our handmade and wearable products.
Please be aware that all our sales are final and we do not offer return or exchange options for change of mind
